Yep this has happened to me

I have no problem honoring someone who acts like a mother or father instead of treating their kids like friends, or enemies

Sounds like my aunts, uncles, cousins they all have had secret meetings about me without me just spread gossip about how awful a person I am or crazy they think I am for questioning their manipulation?

My brother (who is 10 years older) tried to strangle me. As an adult! He abused me my entire life. The only reason I'm still here is because he fell during the struggle.

You know for sure that's what's happening when you open yourself up to new friendships. These people have been purposely put in your path because of their 'secret meetings'

Dad is mean!

This is so true. They can form an entire world of agreement based on conversations about you without you. Then, their agreement looks like truth to others. I found great relief realizing that the person they were mad at was not ME! It was a figment of their collective imagination!

Dad would emotionally build me up, then brutally tear me down the same and in other horrendous ways!. I deserve a better dad, I have nil to no-contact with him. He nitpicks at me, he thinks he's perfect. and he hates women, my gender. Too bad for him. HIs father was this way, worse. Dad terrorized Mom, she divorced him in the '70s. He's taken it out on me ever since. I look, think and act like her, her family. Her parents(who I later lived with), called him on his atrocious behavior. I am proud of them. They lived next to a people's cemetary, (they reside there in the cemetary now), for over six years(with me). No paranormal problems. Dad was/is the problem!

YES. And this is where they plan together ways to pick on you, and then they discuss the results of their pranks. So you're not dealing with ONE narcissist. Oh no. There's whole snake den of them working together, with their flying monkeys, who don't quite realize that's what they are, ultimately for the purpose of making you lose your mind. And it takes a LONG TIME to realize you are living in the Twilight Zone. Thank you for confirming what I figured out LONG ago. Because MOST people would NEVER believe me and DON'T if I tell them this.

Hey Jerry, I’m very thankful for your videos. I’ve been realizing in time, how hard it is for me to say no to a family member close to me. I make a point of not seeing them for a few months because their high need to control is too stressful. Things have gotten even worse because we have differences in religion, and they are now constantly trying to force me to come to their MLM events. I have a hard time saying no and will come up with excuses to say no to try and avoid a fight or argument. I just want to keep the peace and have a civil discussion but it seems impossible. They wont take no for an answer and its really causing stress and anxiety. I feel like all I am to them is a sales pitch. They have been love bombing me like crazy to get me to try their product and sign up for their opportunity. One time they gave an hour long monologue on the phone about it and never once came up for air. They have a losers vs winners mentality, saying that most people are average and work normal jobs. Would you ever consider doing a video covering narcissism and MLMs?

It was easy for dad(narcissist) when I was a baby, as I grew, and complain to/about him; he grew to resent me. Too bad for him! He is a misogynist and sadist, a bully. I have no contact with him since Easter of this year!

Ex narc had a meeting w/my tweens, teen and mother on my “drug addiction”. Only problem, I’m not a drug addict but he had my kids convinced. One would think one’s own mother would go off on the spouse and tell him what an arsehole he is to lie to his children about their mother and the reality is that she is quite ill and your father isn’t helping her w/anything so she isn’t able to properly rest and continues to become more ill. Nope, instead, one’s covert narc mother says to you “I’m so worried about you b/c you’ve been so sick so I didn’t know what to say”. Freaking really? I was talking to her 2-3 times a day, telling her how he was treating me and I was so sick and can’t get rest. Nope, good ole loving mom, sides w/the b@stard. I still didn’t realize yet she was a covert narc, she played the helpless, poor me, I’m afraid of my own shadow very well. Now she can’t understand why I tell her nothing🙄

Exactly how Narcism operates …going no contact is the only solution. Anything else is permission to them to continue their behavior. And they will every time. Regardless of what they say or do to get you back, in the end….its only about what they want. It’s never about you. They don’t care about you except for what you can do for them. Don’t ever, ever believe they care about you because it’s just not possible for them …even if you are their child.

I've dealt with a narcissistic mother my whole life and I'm 42 now. Last year I found the strength to go no contact. My mum lied to everyone about why, tried to turn my children against me and when I wouldn't change my mind and my children wouldn't go against me she kicked us out off the will. It was the Best decision I've ever made because I'm less stressed and we are happier without her toxic behaviour.

Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.

When I went no contact my father used my bipolar disorder against me by telling me and my whole family that I'm delusional to think that I was ever abused. Told me I'm not well. Thanks Dad for the gaslighting.

We all have a right to hold an opinion and to change that opinion at any time.
